Pre-Shaped Lashes: One Pick-Up, a Finished Fan Shape

Every tray in this collection is a pre-shaped 0.07mm lash: the fibres leave the strip already arranged as a Y, YY, W, WW or U-shaped unit, bonded at the base. You pick the unit up and place it like a classic single lash, and it sits on the natural lash as a multi-fibre shape. There is no fan to build and no fan to collapse, which is why shape trays have become the fast route to textured volume - and why this page, with more than thirty trays, is where most artists compare the whole family side by side.

The Five Shapes, and What Each One Builds

• Y shape (2D, 3D, 4D) - a single Y unit: two, three or four fibres joined at one base. The lightest coverage in the family and the closest to a classic application rhythm; a good first shape tray for artists moving over from one-to-one work.
• YY shape - two Y units crossed and bonded together, giving four fibres in a woven criss-cross from one pick-up. The crossing widens the bonding area and builds visible texture faster than a single Y. This page carries the YY range in black and brown, including LU curl brown YY and the Foxy YY variants shaped for lifted outer corners.
• W shape (3D-8D) - three to eight fibres fanned from one base in a W profile. W is the density ladder of the family: 3DW reads as soft volume, 5DW as full volume, and 7D-8DW as the densest pre-shaped options we stock. A spiked 3DW variant adds a pointed centre fibre for wispy maps.
• WW shape (3D, 4D, 5D) - a double-tip W profile: each unit carries two visible points, so the top line breaks into a softer, feathered rhythm than a standard W at the same density.
• U shape - U-profile units in YY and 3D-5DW formats, mirroring the YY and W line-ups above, for artists whose maps are built around the U profile.

Choosing a Shape and Density

Choose the shape by the outline you want, then the density by the client's natural lash. Crossed shapes (YY, WW) break the top line up; straight ladders (W) build an even, dense line; Y keeps the most air in the set. For density, work one step below what the natural lash could carry at most: pre-shaped units concentrate several fibres on one attachment point, so a high-count unit on a fine natural lash is a heavier decision than the same count in a handmade fan spread across a wider base.
